- 1 / 5By Joseph GreenallBeen going here for months and they seem like nice enough people but they always just have one person serving even though that have multiple staff doing things like cleaning in the background. I order in advance so I can pick up pizza and leave, not hang around waiting whist someone decides with a menu, why have two tills when even if there are plenty of staff the customer facing part of the business is limited to one person. I wouldn't even mind that much if the other staff at least aknowleged me whist I am waiting and said something like 'sorry for the wait ,someone will serve you soon' it's not hard it's just basic customer service. In a nutshell it just feels like they are doing you a favour and if it was my business I would want to know as being a customer there is not a good experience.June 13, 2017
